- "Services" — Refers to all features, products, and services offered by Docodemy.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, purchasing a course, or otherwise accessing the Docodemy platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and any other policies communicated to you from time to time.
3. Account Registration
Anyone may create a free account on Docodemy by providing the required information including name, email address, and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration
- Keep your password secure and not share it with others
- Notify us immediately at docodemy@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
- Not create multiple accounts for the same person
- Not use another person's account without their permission
Docodemy reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, without prior notice.
4. Instructor Terms
Docodemy allows qualified individuals to become instructors and publish courses on the platform. As an instructor, you agree to the following:
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of the content you publish
- You must not publish content that infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights
- You must not publish content that is misleading, harmful, abusive, or inappropriate
- You grant Docodemy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your course content on the platform
- You retain full ownership of your course content
- Docodemy reserves the right to remove any course content that violates these terms
5. Intellectual Property
Instructors retain full ownership of the course content they create and publish on Docodemy. By publishing content on the platform, instructors grant Docodemy a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, promote, and deliver the content to learners through the platform.
All other content on the Docodemy platform — including the website design, layout, logos, graphics, software, and platform features — is the exclusive property of Docodemy. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the platform without our prior written permission.
You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble any part of the platform or its underlying software.
6. Payments and Pricing
Registration on Docodemy is free. However, certain courses and features are available for purchase. By purchasing a course, you agree to pay the applicable fees as listed on the platform at the time of purchase.
Docodemy plans to integrate trusted payment gateways including bKash and SSLCommerz. All payments will be processed securely through these providers. Docodemy reserves the right to change course pricing at any time. Existing purchases will not be affected by price changes.
7. Refund Policy
Docodemy offers a 7-day refund policy on course purchases. If you are not satisfied with a course, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the original purchase date by contacting us at docodemy@gmail.com.
Refund requests will not be accepted if:
- More than 7 days have passed since the purchase date
- A significant portion of the course has already been completed
- The refund request appears to be an abuse of the refund policy
Docodemy reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet these criteria.
8. Prohibited Conduct
As a user of Docodemy, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Sharing your account credentials or purchased course access with others
- Downloading, reproducing, or distributing course content without authorization
- Uploading or publishing any content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or obscene
- Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your identity
- Using the platform for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from Docodemy
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its systems
- Using automated bots, scrapers, or similar tools to access the platform
- Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the platform or other users
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
9. Platform Availability
Docodemy strives to maintain continuous availability of the platform. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. Docodemy shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by such unavailability.
10. Account Suspension and Termination
Docodemy reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any user account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that the user has violated these Terms and Conditions or any applicable laws. Upon termination, your access to the platform and any purchased content may be revoked.
You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us at docodemy@gmail.com. Please note that certain information may be retained for legal or technical purposes even after account deletion.
11. Disclaimer
The Docodemy platform and all content are provided on an "as is" basis without any warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. Docodemy does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any content available on the platform for any particular purpose. Your use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.
12. Limitation of Liability

15. Disputes and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from the use of the Docodemy platform will first be attempted to be resolved through mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, the matter will proceed to binding arbitration held in Bangladesh and conducted in the English language. If the dispute cannot be resolved through these mechanisms, it shall be referred to the courts of Bangladesh.

Docodemy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date at the top.
